Per liter of medium:

  • Macro Salts: A 10x stock solution may be made of the following 4 ingredients:

    1. (NH4)2SO4 - 463 mg
    2. KNO3 - 2830 mg
    3. MgSO4·7H2O - 370 mg
    4. KH2PO4 - 185 mg

  • Ca is reduced from the standard 2.99 mM in MS and FN media to 2.04 mM [= 300 mg/L]
  • Iron as per Murashige & Skoog
