Departmental Vehicle Policy

The departmental vehicles will be available for limited local use (approx. 25 mile radius). All other travel needs requiring vehicles will be through UGA fleet services or Enterprise Car Rental. Classroom teaching related expenses (e.g., field trips) will be handled through the department and require prior approval.
All other vehicle-related expenses will be responsibility of the PI.
All requests for approval for classroom teaching-related activities must be submitted to the Department Head.
