Our faculty in Plant Breeding, Genetics & Genomics conduct research aimed at developing new and improved plant varieties that are higher yielding, more disease resistant, more nutritious, or simply of greater ornamental value. To achieve maximum efficiency, our faculty integrate modern plant breeding with genomics and biotechnology.
